Q: How much is delivery?
A: Prices listed include GST, delivery, setup, takedown and pickup.
Q: How long is my rental for?
A: All rentals are for 4 hour time slots.
Q: Can I get a longer rental?
A: Increase your fun with1 hour increments for $25.00 each additional hour.
Q: How far in advance do I need to reserve?
A: Reservations are not required, but recommended, as our inventory is limited. 2-3 weeks during peak season (Summer) is a good rule of thumb.
Q: What do I need to supply on site?
A: We require a standard 110v, grounded, electrical outlet to power inflatables. Should you require bouncers to be set up farther than 10 feet from a power source, please let us know so we can accommodate.
Q: Do you have any certified bouncers for public events?
A: Yes, several of our larger bouncers are certified by the AEDARSA (Alberta Elevating Devices and Amusement Rides Safety Association). Click on bouncer info to see if it is certified.
Q: Do you serve customers outside the City of Calgary?
A: We offer delivery for out of town rentals in the Calgary Area. (Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere, Balzac, Okotoks, etc., etc.). However, there is an additional delivery fee. Please contact us for details.
Q: What can you tell me about safety?
A: Bouncers and their users must be supervised at all times by an adult. We are also fully insured.
Q: How often are the products cleaned?
A: All products are cleaned and sanitized with allergy and environmentally safe cleansers after every use for your peace of mind.
Q: What happens if it rains on a rental day?
A: Extra time may be added to your rental due to rain, at our own discretion. If it is expected to rain on the day of your delivery, you will need to confirm with us early morning should you wish to cancel or reschedule. If delivery is en-route, you will be charged the full rental fee.
